The international exhibition dedicated to the elevator, escalator, moving walkway and component industry, offering a range of solutions to meet every need.

Organised by Fiera Milano a top fair player and located in what is now considered the Capital of Technological Innovation and the first Smartcity in Italy.

In Italy the Elevators and Escalators sector is worth 2.4 billion, employs 23 thousand people, for over 1,500 companies.It is the second largest country, after China, in terms of the number of lifts installed (1 million), with almost 100 million rides every day.

The first edition of MIBA-Milan International Building Alliance closed at Fiera Milano with more than 80,000 professional operators from 111 countries appreciated the offers from the more than 1350 exhibiting companies. 427 international hosted buyers from 72 countries, selected in cooperation with the ITA-ICE Agency.

The event combined four exhibitions dedicated to the sustainable and smart evolution of buildings and cities, consolidating its position as a new international reference hub for the sectors in the four twice-yearly appointments: horizontal and vertical mobility at GEE-Global Elevator Exhibition, construction at MADE expo, technological integration at SBE-SMART BUILDING EXPO and security & fire at SICUREZZA.
